The Process

The process begins with the CFO Conversation, a no-risk initial meeting that allows you and an ActionCFO Advisor to determine whether a part-time CFO could help your business.

Next is the CFO Discovery, a thorough financial review of your business including implementation of the Cash Flow Forecaster Tool and ActionCFO Smart Board, providing an immediate increase in financial visibility and control. For the CFO Discovery, you pay only for the value you feel you received.

Following the CFO Discovery, you may enter a CFO Engagement, an ongoing arrangement with an ActionCFO Advisor who serves as your part-time CFO.
